Si bien podríamos estar estresados por diferentes causas, looking closely at the underlying reasons, they can all be traced back to this one simple root: disconnection with our Spirit, that is.

The very first step is to breathe: to recognise that you have a Spirit.

No matter how productive you are with your “zero inbox”, how organised you are with your household, or how full your calendar booking is, if you forget to breathe deeply and consciously, none of them can sustain your life & negocios.
Your breaths and Spirit can.
Your Spirit is your inner-fire, a long-lasting fire.
It does not decay. It does not burnout. It lights up your inner-sky.
It consists of the “quantum soup” of your soul, ie all experiences and gifts that you’ve gathered lifetime after lifetime.

:: And again, feel and breathe in the child-like enthusiasm, then breathe out the judgement and boredom (haa…).
:: With the same pattern/pace, breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir “doing my best“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “calm“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “centred“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “grounded“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “guiado“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “supported“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “visto“.
:: Breathe in and say: “Yo soy“; exhalar (haa…) y decir: “entendido“.

Me encanta esta técnica. Escribí sobre ello no hace mucho tiempo a mí mismo! Yo lo uso para mantener la atención durante las sesiones de Reiki y la meditación. Creo que es una técnica que es útil, no importa la situación y es a menudo bajo usados.
